the hotel's location was marvellous, next to a square in the jewish quarter and various landmarks and sites around the centre. i often went to sami am am to pick up some food.

The rooms here were really comfortable with everything you'd need - a fridge, a kettle, and even a microwave 🍽️. Plus, they had AC to keep things cool.

Nothing to complain about, I liked the stay and definitely coming here again. It was perfectly clean and the staff were very very helpful, beds were exceptionally comfortable. The place had a family atmosphere. Variety of food for breakfast, everything was outstanding.

We have visited Crystal Suites in the Jewish Quarter for the second time and it was even better. One cannot say enough about how great this place is. I don’t think I could choose better location for my trip to Cracow. Crystal Suites is a real blessing.

This place situated near a tram stop and a vibrant square with various dining options, bars, bookstores, and a converted Synagogue-turned-museum in a fascinating historical neighborhood is really great.

It wasn’t our first time in Krakow but the first in Crystal Suites. We will be returning for sure. Staff at Crystal Suites Chez Helena was very helpful. Apartment itself was spotless clean and nicely furnished. Very convenient location with just a few steps from Kazimierz district centre – Plac Nowy. Plenty of restaurants around. I could recommend this place to anyone.

We were delighted with our stay in Crystal Suites chez Helena. The location in Szeroka Street in the heart of Kazimierz put us at the very heart of Krakow city life and culture. Our apartment was very comfortable and tastefully decorated, giving us the feeling of having our own home in the city - a perfect place from which to explore everything on offer. The staff were very helpful and full of information about the best places to see and best restaurants to enjoy. And it was a real pleasure to discover. That this was the house in which Helena Rubinstein spent her childhood and formative years. We can't recommend Crystal Suites highly enough.

A little way out from the city centre (10 min or so walk), but this made it very pleasantly quiet.

After 8 nights at chez Helena we sadly had to leave. Everything in this place was pleasant. Clean as if we were the first guests. The location - you can walk anywhere without using a car or the tram. The apt. Has everything in perfect condition, wi fi, washing machin, air conditioner and all furniture is nice, new (or vintage) and stylish. Room was quiet even though the street is full of life. Staff is extremely intelligent, helpfull and friendly. They really made our stay. Everything we asked for was fulfilled in the best way and more. We even got some flowers to the room and a bottle of wine without asking. We defenetly wish to come back. It's a place who really cares for it's guests. Made our krakow vacation perfect.

Our room was on the first floor and had a direct exit to a small yard where you can have breakfast or dinner at wich is very nice but other people can go to that yard too although no one did but we had to keep curtains closed almost all the time because someone might go by anytime.

The apartments are well-located in the Jewish Quarter with easy access to sites, restaurants, transportation, shopping. The staff is friendly and wonderfully helpful.

I would stay at the Crystal Suites Jewish Quarter again in an instant. However, I would ask for a room facing the back to avoid the street noise.
